Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner/Product Manager with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to drive strategic initiatives and manage high-impact AI product implementations. This role requires a mix of business acumen, technical understanding, and stakeholder management skills to deliver data-driven business value.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-driven products aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and features.
- Develop and manage product backlogs, ensuring alignment with user stories, priorities, and sprint goals.
- Translate complex AI and ML concepts into actionable business requirements and user-centric product features.
- Analyze data insights to identify opportunities for automation, personalization, and performance improvements.
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, and business outcomes related to AI initiatives.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and generative AI applications.
Required Skills
- 8 12 years of experience in product management or product ownership.
- Proven experience leading AI/ML product development or implementation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI frameworks.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder communication, analytical thinking, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and customer value.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience working with AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
- Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, etc.).
