We are seeking an experienced o9 IBP SME / Implementation Lead to lead end-to-end Integrated Business Planning transformations on the o9 platform. This role drives solution design, implementation delivery, stakeholder alignment, and business adoption while coordinating functional, configuration, data, integration, testing, and change-management workstreams.

We are seeking an experienced o9 IBP SME / Implementation Lead to lead end-to-end Integrated Business Planning transformations on the o9 platform. This role drives solution design, implementation delivery, stakeholder alignment, and business adoption while coordinating functional, configuration, data, integration, testing, and change-management workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the o9 IBP workstream through design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Manage functional, technical, and configuration teams to deliver implementations.
- Drive business process design across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, and S&OP/IBP.
- Conduct discovery workshops, fit-gap assessments, and solution design reviews.
- Translate business requirements into scalable o9 solutions and implementation roadmaps.
- Oversee planning model design, workflows, KPIs, reporting, and analytics requirements.
- Partner with architecture, data, and integration teams to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
- Govern SIT, UAT, cutover planning, deployment readiness, and business sign-off.
- Lead executive stakeholder engagements, steering committees, and delivery governance.
- Drive adoption, change management, user enablement, and operational readiness; mentor consultants and establish delivery best practices.
- 12 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, S&OP, or planning transformation; the original JD header states 15 years.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with o9 Solutions.
- Deep expertise in demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning processes.
- Proven experience leading large-scale IBP implementations and global delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of planning data models, integrations, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and executive communication skills.
- o9 certification and multi-country implementation experience.
- Experience in CPG, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms, analytics, and enterprise integrations.
