Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dot Net Developer with hands-on expertise in Generative AI to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications leveraging the latest Microsoft .NET technologies and integrating generative AI capabilities. This is a long-term 1099 contract opportunity open to s and s.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications with C# and ASP.NET.
- Integrate generative AI models (such as LLMs) and APIs into existing and new applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to implement and optimize AI-powered features.
- Develop web services, REST APIs, and backend logic for enterprise solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and troubleshooting sessions.
- Document technical processes, workflows, and implementations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, DevOps, and QA.
Required Skills
- 5 years of professional experience in .NET application development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
- Practical experience in integrating and deploying Generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, other LLM frameworks).
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
- Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Experience building secure, performant, and reliable applications.
- Exposure to MLOps, AI pipeline integration, or prompt engineering is a plus.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Previous experience working on Gen AI-based automation, chatbot development, or natural language processing.
