What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Project Manager-North Carolina position at Sasser Restoration?
Sasser Restoration is growing our Project Management team and bringing on experienced leaders to take ownership of projects across North Carolina. This isn’t an entry-level role — we’re looking for someone who’s been in the field, understands the full restoration lifecycle, and can confidently lead projects from estimate to closeout.
In this role, you won’t just be managing timelines — you’ll be driving projects, making informed decisions, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your experience with Xactimate and Xcelerate will be key in building accurate estimates, maintaining clean documentation, and keeping projects on track.
If you like having ownership, working in a fast-paced environment, and seeing the direct results of your work, you’ll fit in well here.
What Makes You a Great Fit:You:
Have solid, hands-on experience managing restoration projects
Are confident using Xactimate and Xcelerate in your day-to-day work
Know how to build accurate estimates and keep documentation tight
Are comfortable working independently and owning your projects
Can lead teams and keep everyone aligned without needing constant oversight
Communicate clearly with clients, adjusters, and internal teams
Stay organized and detail-focused, even when things move quickly
Take pride in doing things the right way and delivering quality results
Have a strong sense of urgency and know how to keep projects moving
What You’ll Do
Take full ownership of restoration projects from start to finish
Write and manage estimates in Xactimate and keep files updated in Xcelerate
Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners throughout the project
Lead crews and coordinate resources to keep jobs on track and on budget
Make sure all safety, compliance, and documentation standards are met
Monitor progress, solve problems as they come up, and keep things moving forward
Support the continued growth and improvement of the Project Management team
