Position Overview
The Restoration Supervisor is responsible for supervising multiple employees on job sites throughout the country. This is a travel-heavy, rapid-response role requiring the ability to deploy nationally for extended periods when disasters occur. Supervisors must be prepared to mobilize quickly and remain on assignment as project needs dictate.
This role requires strong leadership, detailed documentation, and clear communication. The Restoration Supervisor will oversee daily job-site operations and quality and safety controls.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a small group of direct reports on active restoration job sites nationwide.
Be ready to deploy nationally on short notice during emergency and disaster events.
Travel extensively and remain flexible with scheduling and duration of assignments.
Perform and oversee hands-on mitigation and restoration work.
Maintain daily quality control and safety compliance.
Complete detailed documentation including internal notes, photos, and job logs.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
Track, manage, and take responsibility for all assigned equipment.
Coordinate project scope, logistics, and manpower with management.
Demonstrate dedication to the job and a strong sense of ownership.
Ideal Candidate Qualities
Must be in driving distance to Sasser Restoration Warehouse in Whitsett, NC or willing to relocate to NC.
Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in quality workmanship.
Reliable, consistent, and self-motivated.
