As a lot attendant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience during their visit.
Job Description:
As a lot attendant, you'll be the friendly face that greets our customers as they arrive, setting the tone for their visit. Your responsibilities will include accepting customer payment, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot, directing customers with parking, and providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.
Where: The beautiful Columbia River Gorge -Bridal Veil, Or
Season: May - September (potential for year round permanent position)
Hiring for Seasonal and year round positions.
Pay: $18-20 per hour DOE
Work: Shifts vary; PT to FT work- 20-40 hours per week. We operate weekends beginning in May, then 7 days a week beginning Memorial day through end of August. Back to weekends throughout September. Usually work 4x 10 hour shifts each week for FT employees. Overtime may occasionally be required. Weekends and Holidays during this period may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive.
- Accept customer payments as necessary.
- Assist customers with parking, ensuring efficient use of space.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot at all times.
- Provide helpful information and assistance to customers as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold company policies and procedures with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle cash & card transactions and operate a digital cash register.
