Lot Cleaner City Center Parking Position: Lot Cleaner @ City Center Parking Location: Portland, OR (downtown) Pay: 18.00 hourly Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm The Lot Cleaner staff performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering a service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. The Lot Cleaner staff works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that standards are always met. Please be aware this can be a labor-intensive position at times based on project needs. Scheduled hours will be Mon-Fri 6:00 am-2:30 pm Key Responsibilities Complete daily lot cleaning for assigned lots based on client’s expectation for their given location. Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to Operations Manager or Shift Lead, as necessary. Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead. Always communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates. Be reliable and flexible when completed assigned projects. Assist with snow removal as needed during inclement weather periods. Support all parking lot projects as business needs require. Adhere to company safety/ cleaning procedures. Complete daily time tracking shift paperwork. Participate in required company trainings annually. Operate a cell phone and use app for route. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Schedule Flexibility and availability. At least 18 years of age. General Maintenance- equipment repair (experience preferred, but not required) Excellent customer service and communication skills. Commitment to attendance excellence. Vald drivers license and clean record as this is a driving route and MVR check will need to be done if hired.
