Parking Lot Attendant

Shift hours are 7:00pm to 3:00am.

Duties

• Direct vehicles safely into parking spaces
• Manage vehicle movement within the lot to prevent congestion and ensure smooth traffic flow
• Provide friendly assistance to guests by answering questions, giving directions, and offering support as they arrive or depart
• Conduct routine inspections of the parking lot to ensure safety, cleanliness, and available parking spaces
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests using clear verbal skills
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, checking valid parking permits, and any incidents or concerns observed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in parking lots, dealership service, retail, or similar customer service roles is preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various types of vehicles safely
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout shifts
• Demonstrated customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
