Position Overview
You’ll service residential pools—keep water clear and balanced, keep pools clean, and spot/solve issues before they become expensive repairs. This role also includes pool openings and closings. We’re hiring technicians at all experience levels. If you’re dependable, coachable, and comfortable working outdoors, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Skim, brush, vacuum, empty baskets; keep pool area tidy when finished
- Test and balance chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)
- Inspect equipment each visit (pump/filter/heater/valves) and report issues
- Perform basic repairs based on skill level (filters, valves, minor plumbing, pump swaps)
- Pool openings/closings: remove/install covers, start-up/shut-down equipment, winterize lines (as trained), proper documentation and customer communication
- Document each stop with notes/photos in our system and communicate problems fast

Must-haves
- Valid driver’s license clean driving record
- Drug-free workplace
- Comfortable working outdoors and lifting 50 lbs
- Can use a smartphone for checklists/photos/notes
- Shows up on time, works efficiently, treats customer property with respect
Nice-to-haves
- Pool service experience
- Mechanical aptitude (pumps/filters/plumbing)
- Opening/closing experience
- CPO certification (we can help you get it)
Pay is based on experience and skill level.
