- Maintain proper water chemistry and ensure pools are crystal clear.
- Identify and report equipment repair needs.
- Utilize our Pool Brain mobile platform for seamless operations.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (3 years, minimum).
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- (Preferred) High school diploma and Certified Pool Operator License.
