Position: Junk Removal Specialist (Driving and Non-Driving Positions Available)

Location: Currently based in Woodinville, serving the greater Seattle area.

Schedule: Full-time / Part-time (flexible scheduling)

What You’ll Do:

• Work side-by-side with the owner/operator to complete daily junk removal jobs across residential and commercial sites

• Learn how to plan efficient daily routes and bookings based on location, volume, and time constraints

• Master the art of maximizing space in the truck for cost-effective and fuel-efficient hauls

• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Lift and load heavy items safely and responsibly (yes, you’ll get a solid workout!)

What You’ll Learn:

• Logistics & Operations: How to coordinate and plan an optimized daily schedule

• Efficiency Tactics: Real-world techniques for loading, space utilization, and reducing dump runs

• Small Business Insight: What it takes to run and grow a successful local service company

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

• Team player with good communication skills

• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs. regularly

• Clean driving record (for driving positions)

• Punctuality and professionalism are a must
