Grizzly Junk Removal is a local, family-owned business serving Issaquah and the Greater Seattle
Area. We’re focused on making junk removal easier, friendlier, and more community-driven. Our crews
help neighbors clear out clutter while donating and recycling whenever possible.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a 2-person crew on junk removal jobs across Seattle and the Eastside
- Greet customers, explain services, and provide excellent on-site communication
- Lift, sort, load, and safely haul items (up to 75 lbs) for donation, recycling, or
disposal
- Handle customer payments, photos, and documentation through smartphone apps
- Ensure safe driving, efficient routes, and vehicle/fleet checks
What You’ll Bring
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record (CDL not required)
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Comfort using smartphones for payments, photos, and routing
- Reliability, professionalism, and a community-focused attitude
- Ability to pass background check, MVR review, and drug screening (excluding cannabis in
compliance with Washington law)
Schedule
- 4×10 schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 10-hour shifts
- Occasional Saturday work if needed
Compensation & Benefits
- $30/hr, $25/hr during training
- Tips shared with crew
- Overtime paid if worked
- Uniform stipend (shirts, work pants, composite-toe boots)
- Expense reimbursement for work-related purchases
- Paid time off and holidays after 6 months
- Advancement path into higher leadership roles
Growth & Training
Every Crew Lead starts with hands-on training, moving quickly from trainee rate ($25/hr) to full
pay ($30/hr). As we grow, new roles in training and operations management will open up.
