Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Work on the Leadership Team to help set the direction and goals for the company.
- Hold yourself and the leadership team to the highest standards for performance and culture.
- Identify new opportunities for growth.
- Team Management
- Coach and Mentor the Marketing team to achieve personal and professional goals.
- Ensure that priorities are set, take time to explore the “new shiny thing” while still holding true to the strategic goals.
- Manage and improve the systems and processes in place to achieve growth goals and create a time/space for creative and innovative thought.
- Work in tandem with the members of the Marketing Team to set the strategic direction, goals, and metrics specific to Marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
- 4 years of experience on an executive leadership team.
- Experience working in and around chemicals in a variety of chemistry applications.
- 10 years of experience leading a Marketing team.
- Experience in CPG marketing.
Bonus points for anyone with these qualifications:
- Experience in the home improvement or building products industry
- Fluency in Spanish
Salary : $180,000 - $210,000
