Reports to: CEO
Peterson’s is looking for a strategic, data-driven Head of Marketing to lead marketing across Peterson’s and three additional sub-brands in the education space. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of marketing strategy, team leadership, and performance across both B2B and consumer audiences.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the marketing strategy across multiple brands
- Lead and scale a high-performing marketing team
- Drive data-driven decision making, analytics, and ROI
- Own product marketing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Lead B2B demand generation, sales enablement, and pipeline support
- Drive consumer marketing across acquisition, engagement, and lifecycle
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of marketing experience with senior leadership responsibility
- Proven experience across product marketing, B2B marketing, and consumer marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of performance optimization
- Experience managing marketing teams and multi-brand portfolios
- Experience in education, edtech, or related fields is a strong plus
