Sashco is a 90-years-young family owned, fast paced, manufacturer of caulking, stains, and sealants for the housing industry. Key Functions: 

• Participate on the Leadership Team making company-wide decisions and contributing to long and short ranges plans.  

• Develop the strategic plan for the R&D team. 

• Lead, inspire, and manage the R&D team.  

• Identify new opportunities for growth in technology and channels 

• Measure performance and productivity. 

• Provide technical direction and oversight. 

• Get on the bench and in the goop yourself! 

• Support Sales, Marketing, Production, and Customer Service 

• Increase analytical tools (DOE, AI, etc) 

• Leverage the operational budget as an investment aligned with the company plan. 

We want to hear from you if you have/are:

• Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) in Chemistry or related field 

• Ability to provide technical help to R&D staff 

• 10 years of progressive career growth including management of teams. 

• Experience functioning on top leadership teams. 

• Creativity and valuable networking contacts. 

Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
