Prepare design presentation packagesManage aspects of internal project teams and external relationships with clients and subconsultants for a wide range of project types from master planning and conceptual design through construction documentation. Initiate marketing and business development efforts. Participate in crafting proposals and interviewing for new work including building subconsultant teams, developing work plans, and writing detailed scope-of-work documents and contracts.Experience and Education:A Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited programLicensed Landscape Architect5-10 years of experience Experience across design phases from master planning to construction documentation and administrationStrong communication, presentation, and public speaking skillsMarketing and Business Development acumen
