What You’ll Be Doing 

 



As our next Secondary Operations Technician (1st shift), your hands-on skills keep production running at its best. Build your career while working with advanced equipment and solving real-time challenges that make a meaningful impact. 



  • You bring a hands-on, mechanical mindset, setting up and adjusting production and printing equipment based on the production schedule 

  • Troubleshooting comes naturally, quickly identifying issues and restarting machinery when alarms or problems occur 

  • You take pride in quality, checking printed products and making adjustments to ensure standards are met 

  • Preventative care is part of your routine, cleaning equipment and identifying opportunities for improvement 

  • You stay proactive and organized, documenting maintenance needs and required repairs 

  • Safety and cleanliness are always at the top of mind, maintaining a safe and orderly work environment

  • You are mechanically inclined, with a strong interest in how equipment and machinery operate 

  • You bring a problem-solving mindset and stay calm under pressure when equipment issues arise

  • You are detail-oriented, especially when it comes to product quality and machine adjustments

 Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED 

  • Certification in Mechanics, Electronics, or a related technical field (ideal), or equivalent experience 

  • Ability to work 1st shift (6:00AM to 2:30PM, Monday-Friday/some Saturdays)

  • Physically able of lifting up to 25 lbs. (regularly) and 50 lbs. (occasionally)

  • Comfortable working with production equipment and machinery with moderate noise

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in various environments for extended periods
