Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Project Manager role located in Seaside, CA. The Assistant Project Manager will support project delivery by coordinating schedules, managing resources, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and assisting in the inspection and quality assurance of ongoing projects. The role will also involve handling logistics, expediting processes, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of project goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Expediting and proficiency with Expeditor tools and processes
- Strong skills in Project Management, ensuring timely completion and resource allocation
- Knowledge of Inspection protocols and the ability to assess project quality and compliance
- Proficiency in Logistics Management and coordination of resources and materials
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and develop effective relationships with stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, preferred
- Prior experience in the construction or architecture industry is a plus
