Salary Range: $145k/yr - $161k/yr

Clearance Requirements

This position requires a current and active Secret Clearance at the time of application.

What you will be doing:

The person in this position upholds, defends, coaches and mentors sound agile practices and values. They are responsible for guiding the development/sustainment of an agile team into a self-organized, effective, development/sustainment unit with a sustainable cadence. Duties include identifying, understanding, and documenting functional requirements and user stories.

Position Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

• 5 Years of experience
• 4 years of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of large- scale projects, with competing availability, priorities, and multiple stakeholders
• Experience defining requirements and writing user stories
• Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.

Education:

• BA/BS from an accredited college or university
• AA/AS with 7 years experience.

Certifications:

• Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CySA , Security , CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) required.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. The ability to move files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary would be required.
