Position: Office Assistant – Refrigerated Trucking Operations

Schedule: Part-time or full-time (Monday–Friday, business hours)

Key Duties:
- QuickBooks data entry (invoices, bills, payroll)
- Answer phones and handle customer communication
- Maintain compliance records and file documents
- Assist with Microsoft Excel and Word tasks
- Solve problems calmly under time pressure
Requirements:
- Experience with QuickBooks (required)
