Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and efficient service
- Manage all front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy and professionalism
- Handle multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, provide information, and assist with bookings or requests
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
- Provide comprehensive guest services by responding to requests, resolving issues, and offering local recommendations
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency
