What You'll Do
As our Marketing Manager, you will own the full marketing stack for a high-volume personal injury practice. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive measurable leads and brand authority in a competitive legal market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Machine: Manage and optimize high-ROI channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube. You’ll hone the keyword strategy for high-intent terms (car accidents, truck wrecks, slip-and-falls, etc.).
- SEO & Content Dominance: Build and execute a content strategy that ranks #1 for local and long-tail injury searches. Oversee blog, video, and social content that educates victims and converts them into signed clients.
- Reputation & Review Management: Grow our Google reviews, Avvo, and Martindale-Hubbell presence while protecting our brand online.
- Website & Funnel Optimization: Continuously improve our conversion-focused website (lead forms, chatbots, intake tracking) using data and A/B testing.
- Brand Storytelling: Create compelling campaigns that showcase real client results (while staying 100% compliant with applicable Bar advertising rules).
- Analytics & Reporting: Deliver monthly dashboards showing cost-per-lead, client acquisition cost, and ROI by channel. You’ll speak the language of numbers.
- Team Leadership: Manage our current marketing personnel and any future hires or agency partners.
Must-Haves:
- 4 years of proven marketing experience (legal marketing strongly preferred)
- Deep expertise in Google Ads and SEO for service-based industries
- Experience managing $30K monthly ad spend with documented ROI
- Strong understanding of legal advertising ethics and compliance
- Excellent writer and storyteller who can turn complex legal topics into clear, empathetic content
- Data-driven mindset — you love Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and CallRail
- Extreme organization and focused execution
- Ability to move fast in a lean, high-growth environment
- Experience with personal injury or plaintiff-side law firms
- Familiarity with tools like HighLevel, HubSpot, or LawFirmSEO platforms
- Video production or social media content creation skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus
