Reports To: Regional Manager

We're looking for a Project Executive to lead bids ranging from $1M to $50M and manage key construction projects from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary client contact and ensure successful project delivery.
- Review contracts, plans, and specifications, ensuring a thorough understanding of each project.
- Coordinate tasks with superintendents, estimators, engineers, and owners to maintain smooth project flow.
- Develop project schedules, submittal logs, and requisitions, and secure necessary permits and insurance.
- Manage project budgets, cash flow, and financial aspects, including invoicing and subcontractor payments.
- Lead progress meetings, address scope changes, and oversee the completion process.
- Drive safety, efficiency, and high-quality execution across all projects.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred).
- 5 years of Experience in Heavy Civil Construction and Construction Supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; OSHA 30-hour training preferred.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
