Key Responsibilities
- Supervise crews and subcontractors on heavy civil projects
- Ensure safety compliance and conduct weekly safety meetings
- Interpret plans and oversee day-to-day operations
- Track production, maintain records, and submit timecards
- Coordinate resources and manage project timelines
- Support and mentor field staff
- 3 years of heavy construction supervisory experience
- Strong background in earthwork and/or utility installation
- OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel regularly to project sites
