Internship Roles: our internship experience is 100% field-based, extremely hands-on, and is designed to be progressive year over year - culminating with a full-time offer for the right candidate.
Advanced Field Experience:
- Mentor 1st Year Interns and contribute to project planning and execution.
- Gain experience in and exposure to all field roles.
Foreman Trainee Experience:
- Lead and manage small teams.
- Work with Superintendents on planning and implementation.
- Maintain organized records and contribute to project analysis.
Details:
- Job Types: Temporary, Internship
- Salary: Starting from $19.50 per hour, progressive year over year
- Benefits: paid time off, referral program, boot reimbursement, 401(k), educational reimbursement (progressive)
- Educational Reimbursement: progressive, $1,500 to $2,500 per year for returning interns
- Schedule: 10-12 hour shifts (Field), 5 days per week with occasional Saturday shifts (project dependent)
- License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
- Willingness to Travel: 100% (Preferred), ability to travel to jobsites (required) - generous travel pay policy
- Work Location: Various projects in Maine and New Hampshire (Field)
Interns must be actively enrolled in a 2- or 4- year course of study relating to construction
