What You’ll Do
- Handle your own personal injury caseload (pre-lit & litigation)
- Guide clients through treatment and recovery
- Draft demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters
- Appear at depositions, mediations, and court hearings
- Organize medical records, bills, and damages
- Maintain accurate, deadline-driven case files
What You Bring
- Active California or Idaho Bar license (Required)
- 1 year of PI or litigation experience (Preferred, but not required)
- Strong writing, communication, and time management skills
- Tech-savvy (Mac-based office) and highly organized
- Self-starter with a team mindset
