Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Personal Injury Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in personal injury cases. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing case files, communicating with clients and insurance companies, developing legal strategies, and attending court hearings and depositions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Negotiation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in personal injury law is a plus
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid state bar license
- 1 year of PI or litigation experience or post-bar July 2025
- Tech-savvy (Mac-based office) and highly organized
- Self-starter with a team mindset
What You’ll Do
- Manage your personal injury caseload (pre-litigation & litigation)
- Guide clients through treatment and recovery
- Draft demands, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters
- Attend depositions, mediations, and court hearings
- Organize medical records, bills, and damage documentation
- Maintain accurate, deadline-driven case files
- Coordinate clients' treatment

- $80K base salary
