Customer Care / Call Center Representative

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Customer Care/ Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling with questions about our car wash services, locations, pricing, and promotions. You will also assist customers with inquiries about our Unlimited Car Wash Program, including account setup, billing, cancellations, and general support. The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails and website chats promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about car wash services, pricing, hours of operation, and membership options.
• Assist customers with enrollment, account updates, payment issues, and cancellations for unlimited wash plans.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Process administrative tasks such as updating customer records, verifying account details, and documenting interactions.
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
• Follow company policies, service scripts, and procedures.
  
  

Do you have?

• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with CRM or POS systems a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with a calm and patient demeanor.
• Ability to be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
