Your job in a nutshell:
- Develop and execute your annual
sales plan
, aligned with Sarens' business strategy and management directives. - Achieve sales targets
across existing and new customers, ensuring KPI compliance. - Proactively
visit and engage customers
to generate leads and RFQs. - Prepare and follow up on
quotations
, closing deals to optimise crane and equipment utilisation. - Expand Sarens'
customer base
and increase revenue share with existing clients. - Maintain accurate records of visits, quotes, and orders in
CRM
within one week. - Ensure a healthy
Bid-for-Work funnel
(3x annual target) and maintain win ratio. - Monitor and collect
outstanding invoices
in line with contractual terms and DSO policy. - Provide monthly revenue updates and a
rolling 3-month forecast
. - Stay informed about
industry trends
and adhere to Sarens' sales procedures. - Reporting line:
You'll report directly to the
Country Manager
and collaborate closely with the regional sales team.
