PROFILE
- Implement and manage the Group-wide maintenance strategy for all equipment and warehousing.
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance to keep equipment fully operational and compliant.
- Drive SHEQ standards and continuous improvement across all activities.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, control costs, and optimise procurement practices.
- Lead and develop a team including Workshop and Warehouse Supervisors.
- Report directly to the Country Manager and functionally to the Regional Fleet Manager.
- Collaborate with the local management team to align with business objectives.
- Proven experience in fleet or maintenance management within heavy equipment or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance processes.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize procurement.
- Leadership skills to coach and develop teams.
- Familiarity with SHEQ standards and compliance requirements.
- Experience with ERP maintenance systems would be an added advantage.
- Exposure to Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
