Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Monitor at Phoenix, AZ. This is a great full-time opportunity, 40 hours work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Assignment Details:
- Full-time 13-week assignments
- Option to renew every 13 weeks (ongoing)
Shift:
- Day Shift (3×12-hour shifts weekly, minimum 13 weeks)
- Night Shift (3×12-hour shifts weekly, minimum 13 weeks)
Position Description (PD):
- Monitors patients on suicide watch, in therapeutic restraints, or otherwise at-risk of self-harm or danger to others
- Performs visual or video monitoring and reports findings and observations to the licensed nurse
- Completes and processes all required documentation legibly, timely, and accurately
- Reports and documents changes in the patient chart regarding patient activity
- Follows directions of the medical personnel in charge of the respective unit
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience viewing multiple monitors, observing patients, and reporting findings
- Minimum six months of experience performing clerical or support services in a medical setting
