Summary:
The On-Premise Growth Manager (OPGM) in the Brand and Category Department manages business performance and growth in a set of 50-60 strategic on-premise accounts. Success is measured by sales metrics, tap handle share, package placements, non-beer segment expansion, execution standards, case volume, and profitability.
The OPGM also serves as the main contact for the Anheuser-Busch Trade Marketing Manager assigned to their warehouse, collaborating on major brand promotions year-round. The role requires the OPGM to be on-site during priority brand activations and will demand flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Essential Functions (must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation):
- Unwavering commitment to driving profitable growth and increasing TIB’s share of total beverage within a defined set of high impact on-premise accounts.
- Maintains disciplined call frequency on target accounts. Preparation for every call is obvious through the use of data reviews, samples, and pre-built programming. All in-market activities are meticulously documented in KARMA.
- Relentless focus on account-level visibility of all available brands through signage and menu inclusion
- Ensure strict adherence to TIB execution standards across all major on-premise locations. Communicate opportunities and plans to close execution gaps at account level.
- Take full responsibility for the execution of Anheuser-Busch on-premise brand campaigns and activations. Ensure high-quality and impactful execution.
- Ensure a consistent assortment of priority RTD’s is available across target accounts
- Monitor and enhance the performance of SESS priority craft brands in both package and draft formats.
- Expand bottled spirits, wine and wine-by-glass offerings in target accounts.
- Identify, open, and develop high-potential non-buy accounts with significant growth opportunities.
- Design and deliver quarterly brand programs and strategic guidance for Casinos and the Top 10 Priority Accounts.
- Develop and publish a rolling monthly calendar of activity and brand activations to the field sales team
Qualifications:
- Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Skills: Ability to read an interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Power Point software.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations. Ability to attain and maintain a solicitor’s permit from the NYS Liquor Authority and valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
- Other Qualifications: Must have excellent communication and people skills to be able to respond to any situation.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
