Are you a marine tech with at least four years of hands-on experience in a boatyard or marine tech role? Sarasota Yacht Management is an agile, close-knit team looking for a technician who wants to develop with us. We value teamwork, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of four years of experience in marine tech or boatyard settings. ABYC and manufacturer certifications (Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of outboard engines and basic marine electronics, with plumbing or A/C experience as a bonus.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule are essential, as you’ll be working throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties.
- Start part-time (20 hours/week) with potential to move to full-time after a 90-day trial. We offer pathways for advancement for motivated candidates who demonstrate skill and responsibility.
What We Offer:
