Requirements
- Answering inbound phone calls from customers and other departments
- Greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Coordinating daily scheduled sales appointments
- Helping to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handling and receipting gift cards
- 12 -15 hours per week; nights and weekends required
