**Job Overview:**

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Other duties: Assist the cleaning and sanitizing all kitchenware, maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing area, and assisting with other general kitchen duties as needed. Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are clean and sanitized.
- Monitor trash cans throughout the shift, ensuring they are emptied and disposed of properly in designated area
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in a restaurant, grocery store, or retail environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively
- Ability to upsell menu items and suggestively sell to enhance the customer experience
- Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus
- Basic understanding of retail math for transactions
- Experience in Filipino food and language a plus, but not required
