Role: Information Architect HR Analytics

Location: Frisco, TX (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite)

Job Type: Contract

NOTE: Need Local candidates

Must Have

  • Enterprise Data Architecture (Conceptual, Logical & Physical Data Modeling)
  • HR Analytics & HR Data Domains (Talent, Workforce, Compensation, Learning, People Analytics)
  • Azure Data Platform (Databricks, Lakehouse, Medallion Architecture Bronze/Silver/Gold)
  • Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Semantic Layer, Certified Data Products, Power BI Models)
  • Data Integration Patterns (Batch, CDC, Streaming) & Integration Contracts
  • Data Governance & Standards (Unity Catalog, Business Glossary Alignment, Data Quality)
  • Hands-on Data Engineering (Complex Pipelines, Transformations, Performance Optimization)
  • Technical Leadership (Architecture Reviews, Engineering Standards, DevOps Ownership)

Domain Experience (If Any)

HR Analytics / Human Capital Management (HCM)

Preferred Certifications (not Mandatory)

  • Microsoft Azure Data Engineer / Data Architect
  • Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer
  • Databricks Data Engineer / Architect
