The Information Architect is the end-to-end technical owner of the HR Analytics data platform, responsible for designing, governing, and delivering scalable data solutions from source systems to certified analytics products in Microsoft Fabric. This role combines enterprise data architecture, hands-on data engineering, and technical leadership to ensure high-quality, trusted HR data products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own HR Analytics architecture across source systems, lakehouse, semantic layer, and reporting platforms.
- Define conceptual, logical, and physical data models for HR domains including Talent, Workforce, Compensation, Learning, and People Analytics.
- Establish integration contracts and data delivery patterns (Batch, CDC, Streaming) with source-system teams.
- Design and govern Azure Databricks lakehouse solutions using Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
- Deliver certified data products, semantic models, and analytics solutions in Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Power BI.
- Enforce data governance, quality standards, Unity Catalog governance, and business glossary alignment.
- Provide hands-on leadership for complex data pipelines, transformations, and performance optimization.
- Lead architecture reviews, engineering standards, and DevOps ownership across global teams.
