This is a newly created position inside a major professional services firm backed by one of the world's largest private equity groups. The organization is mid transformation, well-funded, fast moving and serious about using technology to get there. You won't be inheriting a finished machine. You'll be one of the people building and upgrading it.
The work centers on implementing, customizing and integrating off-the-shelf products rather than building from scratch - for now. Your ability to evaluate, configure, and connect systems matters just as much as your ability to code.
You'll serve as the technical authority for your service line, turning complex problems into clear and deliverable solutions. This is a business facing role and the ability to speak both languages, technical and human, is what separates the right candidate from the rest.
You'll be driving improvement through automation and AI, managing vendor relationships, removing blockers for your team and ensuring everything meets the firm's standards. Ambiguity shouldn't slow you down, you should bring the structure
Strong SQL proficiency and a hands-on development background are essential. Startup experience in financial services is a large plus
