Location: Richmond, VA / Nashville, TN (Onsite)
Experience: 3 Years
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Kepware Developer to design, configure, and maintain industrial data connectivity using Kepware KEPServerEX. This role focuses on integrating PLCs, SCADA systems, historians, and enterprise/cloud platforms to ensure reliable data flow between OT and IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Kepware channels, devices, and tags
- Integrate Kepware with PLCs, SCADA systems, and historians
- Implement and manage OPC UA/DA security and industrial communication protocols
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide support for production systems
- Maintain documentation, backups, and configuration standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Kepware KEPServerEX
- Strong understanding of industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA/DA, EtherNet/IP, etc.)
- Experience with PLC communication and OT networks
- Kepware Advanced Certification (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kepware Developer
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related field.
