Lead Controls Engineer (100-120K)
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Lead Controls Engineer with a fast growing and innovative CNY Manufacturer. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Work Schedule:
- 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
Overview:

Duties:
- Lead automation and controls development from concept through production launch.
- Engineer control solutions that optimize performance, maximize reliability, and minimize cost.
- Mentor and guide controls engineers, elevating capability, troubleshooting depth, and best practices.
- Drive standardization and technical excellence through design reviews, reusable architecture, and disciplined code practices.
- Support commissioning, validation, and continuous improvement, ensuring successful deployments and future design enhancements.
Education and Experience:
- AAS or Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in Controls / Automation.
- Strong PLC programming experience (structured text, function blocks etc).
- Ability to mentor and guide a team of Controls Engineers.
