Sapp Design is seeking a full-time licensed Architect to become part of our team. The ideal candidate would have a professional degree, be licensed, with 3-10 years of experience, and have proficient skills in Revit, rendering, and a portfolio with completed commercial or public projects.

Qualifications
- Accredited Degree in Architecture
- Licensed (required)
- Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering: Sketch-Up, Rhino, Enscape or other platforms.
- Ability to communicate ideas in a variety of graphic media including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficiency with Revit 2021, required.
- Strong verbal, organizational, and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong consultant coordination, drawing, and design skills, including experience in the construction administration phase.
- Team-focused attitude, willing to assist others as necessary.
- Ability to create new ideas both independently and in collaboration
