Sapp Bros. is opening a brand-new location in Toquerville, Utah, and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Shop Foreman to lead our service shop team! This is a rare chance to step into a leadership role at the ground level and help build a high-performing, customer-focused operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise our Service Center team, including Service Writers, Lube Techs, and Diesel Technicians.
- Oversee diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
- Ensure all repairs, tire services, brake adjustments, and emergency roadside services are performed efficiently and safely.
- Train, mentor, and develop technicians as the team grows.
- Communicate professionally with customers and service writers to ensure clear understanding of repair needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment that aligns with our Safety Mission Statement of zero accidents.
- Perform technician duties and support the service truck operations as needed.
Qualifications:
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced diesel or heavy-duty truck mechanic with supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel truck and trailer repair.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
- Safety-minded with a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Positive attitude and a passion for serving others.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
