As a Shift Lead, you’ll lead a team of associates, ensuring smooth operations across all departments during your shift and delivering an outstanding experience for our customers. This role offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while promoting teamwork and respect.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests with a smile and ensure a positive experience.
- Lead and support team members throughout the shift.
- Operate the point-of-sale register and manage daily store operations.
- Plan and create engaging merchandise displays.
- Restock shelves, deli bar, coolers, and freezers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including trash removal and restroom cleaning.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure 5-star service.
- Assist with inventory, staff scheduling, and staffing coverage.
- Oversee janitorial and maintenance teams to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role (retail, restaurant, or similar preferred).
- Customer service experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to work efficiently and make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
