What you’ll do
Participate in initial training program (bootcamp) to learn targeted SAP technologies and methodologies.- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
- Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.
- A record of taking initiative (self-starter), driving results and accepting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Must be able to problem solver, learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
What you bring
Development experience in one or more programming/scripting languages like Java, ABAP, C/C , C#, Python, and PHP. 3 university courses or class project experience in C or JAVA preferred.- Technical skills in SQL, Database (SQL) knowledge, database management, business intelligence, enterprise performance management, data mining, systems administration.
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment through internships or recent work experience is a plus
- Recent graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar degree.
- Strong preference for completion of SAP course work at an SAP University Alliance School.
- Must be able to work as a team player yet have the ability to work independently.
- Analytical, results-driven and have a solution-oriented approach.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening.
- Must be open to travel.
- Must be willing to relocate to Newtown Square, PA

The Premium Hub Center of Expertise is a division of SAP’s Customer Success’s Adoption Services Center. The Premium Hub CoE provides meticulous, strategic services to SAP’s largest customers operating on the most complex SAP landscapes. We interact with individuals at every level of the customer’s organization in order to meet the customer’s needs. The role of a Premium Hub CoE team member is demanding and requires passionate individuals with the strongest technical expertise and excellent analytical and communication skills. The role is tasked with planning, architecting, analyzing, optimizing, and safeguarding our customers’ SAP solutions. The Early Talent Program offers a fast paced and challenging learning environment and is an ideal starting opportunity for a career in the CoE. You will develop the fundamental skills to become a successful engineer, including stakeholder and customer management. You will gain a deep understanding of the cloud business model, as well as the SAP business processes across functional borders.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 53,700 - 91,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
