About the Position
We are looking for a passionate individual with excellent functional and technical skills to join our CoE team as a Business Process Principal Consultant. You will lead and conduct functional design workshops, identify issues/risks, and provide recommendations to optimize business processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct deep root cause analysis with technical and programming skills.
- Develop comprehensive service plans for customers.
- Take responsibility as a De-escalation Architect to identify top issues and create action plans.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel to SAP customers worldwide.
