Purpose and Objectives The Demand Manager leads the Demand Management practice within Franchise4Success, acting as a strategic partner across the Midwest Market Unit and all Sources of Demand (SoD). This role is responsible for engaging with stakeholders within the Midwest Market Unit and across all sources of demand to ensure ongoing collaboration that drives healthy pipeline creation and progression. Key Responsibilities Analyze business performance, identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities across key solution areas and sales teams through relevant KPIs and insights. Contribute to and validate comprehensive business plans that clearly articulate solution strategies, GTM priorities, and execution roadmaps. Lead regular cadences with MU leadership, Sales, Marketing, Digital Hub, CSM, Partner Management, and other stakeholders to align, secure buy-in, and accelerate execution. Understand MU-specific requirements and provide actionable, high-value Sales Plays and Demand Programs recommendations tailored to business needs. Develop and oversee demand execution strategies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Digital Hub, CSM, and Partner teams; ensure seamless orchestration and track results to evaluate scalability and impact. Build and maintain a strong internal network across the Americas to share and scale Demand Management best practices. Drive cross-functional collaboration across silos to design and execute high-impact programs. Collaborate with partners in areas such as Solution Areas, Customer Advisory, business development, packaged solutions, and cross-sell initiatives. Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and, when applicable, to external customers — role-modeling SAP’s values and execution excellence. Required Skills & Competencies Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across functions. Self-starter with high accountability, resilience, and autonomy in a matrixed environment. Solid business and financial acumen; ability to translate SAP’s GTM strategy into actionable demand plans and measurable business impact. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to deliver concise, executive-level insights. Strong project and program management capabilities with a focus on measurable outcomes. Ability to translate processes into business value creation and operational excellence. Continuous improvement mindset — passionate about challenging, innovating, and elevating performance at both individual and organizational levels. Strong understanding of SAP’s portfolio, GTM motions, and regional business models. Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 194,100 - 411,600 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
