Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel General Manager, where you will lead the overall operations of a vibrant resort or hotel property. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Lead and supervise staff across departments, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Manage revenue streams through effective revenue management strategies, pricing adjustments, and occupancy optimization.
• Ensure exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, maintaining high standards of customer service, and creating memorable experiences.
• Implement and monitor hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate human resources activities such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling to maintain a motivated workforce.
• Oversee budgeting processes, control costs, and analyze financial reports to meet or exceed financial goals.
• Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle guest inquiries efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain strong guest relations by supervising night audit procedures and ensuring smooth overnight operations.
• Promote a culture of hospitality excellence by continually enhancing guest services and resort amenities.

Experience

• Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management environment.
• Extensive hotel experience with a comprehensive understanding of hotel management operations.
• Strong background in hospitality management principles including guest services, revenue management, and human resources.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse staff members effectively.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and implementing cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse guests; fluency enhances communication across departments.
• Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette is essential for seamless guest interactions.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
