Self motivated, energetic Personal / Admin assistant needed 2 days per week.
Busy business owner and mom of 2 looking for a great local personal assistant / admin assistant. I would love to find a detailed oriented and experienced personal / admin assistant who loves organization, enjoys hanging out with kids as well as generally helping out with whatever is needed. This position is literally half personal and half admin, the perfect applicant can go from creating a business presentation to picking up items from Costco, to organizing the family calendar and not miss a beat.
Duties include:

Duties include:
- Scheduling personal appointments for myself and children, including doctor appointments, lawyers appointments, school volunteering, play dates etc.
- Booking travel arrangements, flights, hotel, car service etc.
- Managing my inbox including drafting and sending emails.
- Keep my spaces organized, including office, closet, files and so on
- Familiar with Instagram to aid in creating & posting material
- Tech Savvy to aid in various online tasks. Including updating website, spreadsheets, client systems.
- Managing returns and other errands such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, post office and so on.
- Sort mail, deliveries and so on
- Order, wrap and ship gifts
- Aid in event planning, prep/ order items for school events, ie crazy sock day, Dr. Seuss day, teacher appreciation etc
- Packing and unpacking before or after travel
- Light cleaning when needed, occasional help with the kids when needed. Driving them to appointments, picking them up from school, helping out with birthday party planning. Watching them while I get ready for a meeting.
- Meal prep (cutting veggies, marinating chicken) grocery pick-up, shopping and put away items.
- Car maintenance, wash, oil change, registration.
- My kids are an 10 year old and 8 years old. My business is a successful service based business with a growing team.
- An ideal schedule will be Monday and Wednesday 11 am - 4 pm
