Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on SANY cranes.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections, warranty repairs, and technical updates on customer and dealer units.
- Support dealers and customers through on-site visits, phone, or remote diagnostic tools.
- Document service work, parts usage, and repair time accurately in SANY service systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and product support teams to identify root causes and develop corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Provide feedback to improve service manuals, diagnostic tools, and training materials.
- Assist in product testing, validation, and improvement projects as assigned.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
- Technical diploma or associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or heavy equipment technology (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience servicing mobile cranes, heavy construction equipment, or similar machinery.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and CAN bus systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, service manuals, and technical documents.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
