About The Role
As part of the SANY America’s team, SANY America is seeking an experienced Engineering Technical Lead – Dozer Development to lead the development of a next-generation compact dozer platform. This role will be responsible for product definition, engineering leadership, benchmarking, and cross-functional coordination with global engineering teams to deliver a competitive dozer for the North American market.
The position will work closely with product management, service teams, and manufacturing to ensure the machine meets performance, reliability, cost, and technology expectations for the U.S. market.
With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase their market share.

Key Responsibilities
Product Development Leadership
- Lead engineering development of a compact crawler dozer platform (80–100 HP class) targeting performance.
- Define product specifications including powertrain, hydraulic systems, undercarriage, blade control, and operator interface.
- Ensure the product meets North American regulatory and performance standards.
- Conduct detailed competitive analysis of machines.

Lead Design And Development Across Key Machine Systems
- Powertrain (engine, cooling, transmission)
- Hydrostatic drive system
- Hydraulic blade control
- Undercarriage durability

- Master’s degree in engineering
- Minimum 7 to 10 years' experience in Dozer Development
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical decision-making skill
